Privacy policy
How kirsaanfoods.com handles your information. In short: the website collects nothing, sets no cookies and uses no tracking.
Who we are
This website is run by Kirsaan Foods, the brand of Wesaam Al Khaleej Al Arabi Food Packaging Factory, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, commercial registration 4604109829. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Kirsaan Foods.
This policy explains what happens to your information when you use kirsaanfoods.com. It is written to follow the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
What this website collects
This website does not collect personal information. It has no sign up, no account, no newsletter and no contact form that sends data to us. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Quote requests and WhatsApp
The quote request on our products page helps you build a message. The products, business name, city and notes you choose stay in your own browser and are only used to fill in a WhatsApp message. Nothing is sent to us until you open WhatsApp and press send yourself.
When you message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us, we receive your phone number or email address, your name if you share it, and what you write. We use this only to reply to you, send prices, and handle your orders. We do not sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.
WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp LLC (Meta). Your use of WhatsApp is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Storage in your browser
This website does not set cookies. It stores two small items in your browser to make the site work:
- kirsaanHeroSeen remembers that you have already watched the opening animation on the home page, so it does not play every time. It stays until you clear your browser data.
- kirsaanQuote keeps the products in your quote request while you move between pages. It is deleted when you close the browser tab.
Neither item is sent to us or to anyone else.
Google Maps
Our contact page can show a Google Map. The map only loads if you click the button to show it. When it loads, Google may set cookies and receive information such as your IP address, as described in Google's privacy policy.
Fonts and images
All fonts and images on this website are served from our own website. No third party receives your information when a page loads.
How long we keep information
We keep WhatsApp chats, call records and emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiries and orders, and to meet our legal and accounting duties.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To make a request, email info@kirsaanfoods.com or message us on WhatsApp at 053 690 1419. We will reply within 30 days.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
