What each certificate covers.
ISO 22000:2018
An international standard for food safety management. It sets out how a food business controls safety risks from the moment ingredients arrive to the moment packed products leave the factory.
HACCP
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. A system that finds the points in production where a food safety problem could happen and puts checks in place at each one. Our HACCP certificate is issued by Bureau Veritas.
SFDA licence
A food establishment licence from the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, the government body that regulates food safety in the Kingdom.
